Did you know that 58% of safe-to-eat food is thrown away in Canada every year?

Most food is thrown away before it even gets to the customers. There are thousands of Canadians who are not able to put food on their table. At Meals In Need, our aim is to provide food to those in need. We provide meals to people in need at their homes, homeless shelters, as well as low income communities.

 

We work on our core values such as solidarity, affordability, eco-friendliness and passion. We are proud partners of local grocery stores, fast food restaurants and small businesses to help in reaching our goal.

We expect to end food insecurity and hunger in low-income communities and unprivileged sectors in Canada and eventually aim to duplicate this model in other parts of world.
